We keep your name, your email address and anything you write to us. That is all the forms on this site collect. It is stored in our database and emailed to the retreat team so one of us can reply.
We use your email to answer you and to send news about the retreat. Reply to any email to be taken off the list.
Payment happens on Stripe's secure checkout page, not on this site. We never see your card number. Stripe shares your name, email, the amount paid and a receipt with us so we know who is coming.
After you register we ask you to complete a short intake and consent form on Google Forms. Anything you share there, including health details, is held by Megan for the purpose of the retreat only. It is not stored on this website and is not shared with anyone outside the three guides.
Please keep health details out of the contact form; the intake form is the right place for them.
We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool, to count visits and see which pages and buttons are used. It sets no cookies, does not identify you and does not follow you to other sites, which is why there is no cookie banner here.
Only the services that run this site: Vercel for hosting, Supabase for the database, Resend for email notifications, Stripe for payments, Google for the intake form and Umami for analytics. We do not sell or rent your information and we do not run advertising.
You can ask us at any time to see what we hold about you or to delete it. Write to us through the contact form and we will take care of it within a few days.
